Neurophysiological mechanisms of predictive behavior

We are using neurophysiological methodologies to study the process of reasoning and prediction in solving novel problems. To this end, we are developing a new rat animal model and exploring neural activity ensembles of predictive behavior through large-scale individual neural activity measurements. Furthermore, we are working on decoding these ensembles to predict future behavior based on neural activity alone.
