Welcome to the
"Bioinformatics Core"

The Bioinformatics core facility of the School of Biological Sciences at SNU provides state-of-the-art service to analyze high-throughput genomics data generated from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) including RNA-seq, sRNA-seq, and ChIP-seq data. In addition to NGS data analysis, we also provide services to analyze microarray and other informatics & statistics data. Our core maintains high performance computational servers suitable for large-scale data analysis such as NGS and microarray data (Intel Xeon E5-2690 (2.90GHz) server with 384GB memory, 3TB internal and 72TB external storage space).
