About the Lab

The objective of the Laboratory of Molecular and Cellular Proteomics is to identify novel regulators of various cellular processes and elucidate their action mechanisms at the molecular and cellular levels. We are using the functional genomic and proteomic strategies in addition to the traditional biochemical, molecular biological, and cell biological methods for studying the following topics:

1. In vivo analysis of protein interaction network using the bimolecular fluorescence complementation assay

- Global analysis of protein sumoylation
- Analysis of RAS Interactome
- Development of adenoviral vector system for BiFC assay

2. Dissection of TOR signaling pathway
- Analysis of TOR interactome
- TOR signaling pathway & amino acid sensing pathway
- TOR signaling pathway & autophagy

3. Architecture and function of nucleolus
