The goal of this class is to give basic knowledge on modern ecology. This class will deal definition and scope of ecology, adaptation and evolution, abiotic factors and limits, population ecology, community ecology, and ecosystem ecology. Modern experimental design, application of ecological knowledge to other fields will be taught. This is a basic course to understand environmental biology and other related subjects.
