본 연구실에서는 식물 후성유전학(plant epigenetics) 관련 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 특히 1) Epigenetic reprogramming in plant development and environmental responses, 2) Molecular epigenetic regulatory mechanisms, 3) Plant cellular plasticity and pluripotency에 포커스하여 식물에 고유한 이들 생명현상을 후성유전학적 수준에서 이해하고 설명하고자 노력하고 있다.
