Finish competent cells and TOPO reaction

- Today we hope to finish with the competent cells with JiNyeong.

- I will proceed to cut the lamina sections of the PhyB mutant seedlings and put them in water until tomorrow.

- Few days ago I obtained a more clear band of BIN2 and perfomed gel extraction of that and yesterday also obtained (finally!!) the DWF4 fragment of expected size so today I will do gel extraction of that product and in the evening I hope to do the TOPO reaction for both fragments.
