- I read your email and until now I've screen around 120 different lines. Since now I have more space in the growth chamber I will prepare at the end of this week another set for screening (around 70 more).

- Today along with some PCRs that I am trying to adjust conditions for cloning of DWF4 I will prepare Competent Cells (probably together with JiNyeong). Last time we intented to prepare but we didnt obtain any colony after striking from the cell stock. But on monday I did the striking and yesterday the culture in liquid media and is totally ok now for proceed with the protocol today.
