1.I sowed the seeds of  8   lines if  T2 of at4g31250:YFP:HA in basta media.

2.Harvested the seeds of F1 of gul4XBES1:GFP.BES1:GFPX gul4, DR5:GUSX gul4, bin2-1DXgul4, bri1-5XDR5:GUS, bin2-1DXDR5:GUS,dwf4-1XDR5:GUS.

Hope to get homozygous F2 lines in the future

3. Tissue grinding of BL treated Ws-2 and gul4. ( BL doese- 0.10-9, a0-8, 10-7, 10-6 M).

 Today

I will do the RNA isolation and cDNA synthesis.
