BIN2 cloning and lamina checking
Hi Professor,
First of all, I hope you had great moments celebrating 설날 along with your family and also hope you had good luck and happiness in this new year.
Now... regarding laboratory.
- I need to do gel purfication and then proceed with cloning of a fragment that I obtained a few days ago (of BIN2)
- Try a gradient PCR with DWF4 primers, since the last time I obtained a fragment again, but really weak (even using RNA of Pcz-treated plants)
- Check the growing of the plants for lamina bending assay. Depending on that I will do the sections today or tomorrow.
- I need to measure and then probably store samples from brachypodium plants treated in pcz in dark conditions.
