Results of RT PCR

Yesterday

I did RT PCR of T2 OX lines CYP83B1 in gul4 background  and attached the results here. I coud see some corelation between expression level and phenotype complementaion but i need to reconfirm as in ws-2 and gul4 I could not see the band I will try with increased no. of cycles and Today,I will try to see the differences in DWF4 and cyp85A2 in these OX lines .

I transplanted  around 30 seedlinds of F2 of dwf4xgul4 and arounds 50 of bri1-5Xgul4 and gul4X bri1-5 sown in one plate.(All seedlings germinated in one plate were  transplanted to make easy to get change of putative double mutants.

Today.

  Revision of RT PCR of CYP83B1 ans also try to see the differences in DWF4 and cyp85A2 in these OX lines .

  Phenotype observation and photo taking of F1 of gul4 crossed with bes1-D, yucca1-D, msg2-2D and dwf7-1 and translant to soil.
