Yesterday,

I did the RT PCR of T2 of CYP83B1 OX lines in gul4 backgrounds.

I am still trying to get loading control with UBQ10.

I sowed the seeds of  Ws-2, gul4, Col, atr4-1 and atr4-2 seed sowing for myristoylation inhibitors treatment.

Today,

I will continue to do RT PCR.
