- Yesterday I transfer the lamina sections to pcz and epi-BL solutions, so tomorrow I have to check inclination.
- Made also pcz treatment for mutant screening of rice.
- I wanted to do pcz treatment for brachy plants also but didn't find the time to make it so I will do that today.
- And about the cloning , I tried yesterday the amplification of the pPCR product of cloning again but still it give inespecific bands, and among them 2 really similar to my expected size. I found this really strange, because with FR taq I obtain just one specific band. Because of all this time I think I will just change the primers and today I will make the order.
