Yesterday,

I did tissue grinding,RNA isolation and cDNA synthesis of T2 of CYP83B1 OX lines in gul4 background in stead of  SDS/PAGE and western as the SDS/PAGE was scheduled by somebody.

 I did take the photo of 3 different lines of SALK lines of CYP83B1.

Today

I will do the RT PCR from the cDNA synthesized yesterday.

 Ws-2, gul4, Col, atr4-1 and atr4-2 seed sowing for myristoylation inhibitors treatment.
