Lamina bending, pcz treatment and cloning

- Yestarday I confirm the result of RT with brachypodium, and today I want to do the RT for rice again and test CPD expression also.

- Try with gradient of Tm the cloning since yesterday I obtain the band but too weak.

- I have seeds of brachypodium to put in pcz treatment

- I am repeating the experiments of lamina bending in JMJ703 and today I have to transfer the segments of lamina to the different solutions.
