Cloning of BRI1 and DWF4
Hi professor,
I finished the RT PCR with brachypodium and rice samples, but I want to confirm one more time with each sample to end that. For today I am plan to continue the cloning that I gave up a few days ago. If again I cannot obtain the bands I willl try with other set of primers, because this cDNA that I have now is working fine for RT PCR, so it will no cDNA problem this time.
This weekend also I collected the samples from the 2nd generation sequencing so I will prepare RNA.
