Rice mutant screening

Yesterday I couldnt make the pcz treatment for rice mutant seeds, the RT PCR for some samples have been difficult because normally the samples treated in dark conditions dont have good quality compared with light conditions. But anyway today I hope to make the treatment to around 100 different rice mutant (If the time helps).
