RT results and more RT

Professor,

After finishing Actin loading control with rice samples in light conditions I observed that DWF4 is slighty upregulated in pcz treatment. The other samples I still can not make the loading the same, so today I have to continue doing RT. I will also plan today to make some treatments with pcz for the screening of mutants, same as tomorrow.
And, I also I will attach some graph with the data of the lamina bending that I mention yesterday.
Should I make some lamina bending assay with different concentration of BL?
