My plan for today is prepare cDNA from the RNA samples extracted before, that correspond to brachypodium and plants treated with pcz in dark conditions. But also I will prepare new cDNA from the same treatment but in light conditions and do RT PCR again. I want to repeat that, because as it appears in the ppt of my workshop presentation in light conditions in the RT PCR I saw a downregulation of DWF4, and no upregulation as in dark conditions.
