Hi Professor,
Have a nice day... or night.
Claudia
- 1.- I've continue doing the lamina bending assays, I am attaching some ppt with the results on wild type plants treated with propiconazole and actually I waiting for the plants to grow to repeat this protocol with the JMJ703 Homo and wt seedlings.
- 2.- I made RT PCR of Brachypodium plants treated with Pcz in light, and the result differ from the one obtained with dark conditions. Anyway I am repiting that to see if the result is consistent or not.
- 3.- I already made the consecutive 3 days of pcz treatment to brachypodium to extract RNA for 2nd generation sequencing.
- 4.- Today I will try RT PCR with rice samples.
- 5.- Today I also need to check JMJ703 rice seedlings treated the past week to see if there is any difference with wildtype plants that could make the mutants a good positive control for the mutant screening.
Have a nice day... or night.
