I am here in Purdue now. Everything was fine till safely arriving here. 

During the flight to Chicago, I read a paper that Bokyung recommended to me, and found that UBQ10 is induced by auxin and SA. So it doesn't look good control for our qRT experiment especially for auxin and BL related ones.
