- Yesterday I finished with the lamina bending of JMJ703 mutant and wildtype plants, I am attaching a ppt with the information and my conclusions...

- Yesterday I try the clooning PCR with BIN2 and finally obtain an amplification that could be my expected band. Today I will proceed with the gel purification of that product.

- And with the PhyB... after the last mail I think I didnt get it well. About the conditions to grow the plants... just try their conditions? Grow them under red light? because a few days ago we talk about that with some lab members and we really dont have the facilities to do that. Anyway I will ask again.
