Research Interests
I received my PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia, on the study of key genes controlling biomass traits in the sugarcane genome through genome-wide transcriptome analysis. Currently, I am interested in using Next Generation Sequencing technologies to elucidate the interaction between developmental regulators and stress-response transcription factors during storage root formation, using radish as a root crop model.
